This product can be used in place of a glide sheet and has an added benefit in that it allows the carer to ‘lock’ the patient in place preventing unwanted movement. When required, the lock can be removed and the patient re-positioned. Covered in a soft, breathable fabric to prevent sweating and improve comfort, the Brechin Slide is an ideal product for patients who need constant repositioning. It eliminates the need to use a number of different products reducing handling time and carer demands. Integral handles aid easy movement. Can also be used for patient turning.
